Business Development Executive (BDE) (Fresher)

Training Period: 3 to 6 Months
Employment Bond: 2-year contract with ₹1 lakh cheque submission

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and leads
  • Communicate with potential clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Support in proposal creation and client pitches
  • Maintain CRM and follow-up pipelines
  • Coordinate with internal teams for client requirements

Prerequisite Knowledge & Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Basic understanding of sales funnels and lead generation
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google tools
  • Confident and target-oriented mindset

Educational Qualifications

  • MBA, BBA, M.Com, or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 85% throughout academics
