Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities via outbound/inbound channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Present company services and solutions to potential clients effectively
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are well understood and met
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM tools
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role (preferably in a digital services environment)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
• Immediate Joiner (Join us within 7 days)
• Strong understanding of sales techniques and client relationship management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
