Job Description

Experience Required: 6 months to 4 Years Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential clients through various online and offline channels. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate new business opportunities. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business trends. 2. Online Bidding & Proposal Writing: Create and manage accounts on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, etc. Write effective proposals, cover letters, and business pitches to win projects. Participate in online bidding processes to secure IT projects. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable IT solutions. 3. Sales & Business Development: Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution. Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the company's reach. Maintain a database of leads, track sales progress, and generate reports. 4. Communication & Relationship Management: Engage with potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. Follow up with leads and maintain professional client relationships. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and project timelines with clients. 5. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Coordinate with the technical and project management teams to ensure smooth project execution. Provide insights into client needs to improve service offerings.
