Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Trivandrum, Kerala
Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sales, client acquisition, and business development within related industries such as interior furnishing, building materials, real estate, sanitary ware, tiles, and flooring.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads from the market by directly meeting potential clients.
Achieve monthly sales and business development targets assigned by the company.
Convert qualified leads into successful deals through effective communication and client meetings.
Maintain strong and positive relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Identify market opportunities, competition trends, and potential business areas.
Ensure timely follow-ups, documentation, and reporting of daily activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client interactions and service delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales/business development, preferably in:
Interior furnishing industry, Building material industry, Real estate & property development, Sanitary ware and Tiles & flooring sector
Strong ability to achieve area-wise targets.
Graduate in any discipline with good communication and negotiation skills.
Must possess strong market knowledge and relationship-building capabilities.
Additional Requirements
Willingness to travel based on lead requirements.
Own two-wheeler is mandatory.
Male candidates preferred.
Age: 24 to 32 years.
