About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Business Development Executives (BDEs) to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates (MBA/BA/BSE) with a passion for communication, sales, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through leads, networking, and cold calling
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Present company services/products to potential clients
Understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction
Who Can Apply:
Freshers with degrees in MBA, BA, or BSE
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
Self-motivated and target-driven
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory)
