driven, empathetic, and goal-oriented Business Development Executive

What You'll Do:

• Speak with

  40+ healthcare leads/day

  (leads provided)
• Conduct

  2–3 video consultations daily

• Listen to learner goals

  , identify challenges, and recommend solutions
• Follow up & convert leads into successful enrolments
• Maintain CRM accuracy (LSQ/HubSpot/etc.)
• Meet and exceed monthly enrolment targets

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of EdTech sales experience (preferred)
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (Healthcare background is a plus)
• Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
• Passion for education, sales & healthcare transformation

Working Hours:

• 6 days/week (Rotational Offs)
• Shift: 9 AM–6 PM or 12 PM–9 PM IST

Compensation:

• Up to ₹8 LPA
