Job Description

Business Development Executive / Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and build strong relationships with overseas clients requiring manpower from India
Understand client requirements and job descriptions in detail
Coordinate with internal sourcing team to identify suitable candidates
Submit candidate profiles to clients and manage the shortlisting process
Handle client communication and regular follow-ups for feedback and selection updates
Guide selected candidates through the full deployment
Ensure all documentation, compliance, and timelines are met
Maintain accurate records of each recruitment cycle
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely execution
Regularly update clients on candidate progress and deployment schedules

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelors degree (MBA in Marketing/HR preferred)
38 years of experience in business development, preferably in
overseas recruitment or staffing
Strong knowledge of the end-to-end overseas recruitment process
Excellent client handling and communication skills
Familiarity with documentation like visa, medical, and travel procedures
Strong coordination, follow-up, and leadership abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/CRM
