Business Development Executive – After Sales (International Calling)

We are looking for an After Sales Business Development Executive to handle international business calls for our car shipping operations. The role focuses on engaging with existing and inbound leads, understanding customer requirements, providing accurate information, and supporting deal closure and post-booking coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Make international business calls to leads and existing customers
• Understand customer requirements related to car shipping and logistics
• Share service details, timelines, and documentation requirements clearly
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and ongoing shipments
• Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth execution
• Maintain call records, client details, and follow-up status in CRM
• Build long-term relationships with customers through consistent communication

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience in international calling, after sales, or business development
• Good spoken English with a clear and professional communication style
• Ability to understand customer needs and explain services confidently
• Comfortable handling follow-ups and objection handling
• Basic knowledge of logistics, shipping, or freight services is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM systems or call tracking tools

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience working with international clients (US, UK, UAE, Europe, etc.)
• Customer-focused and patient approach
• Ability to work independently and meet follow-up timelines
• Willingness to work in shifts aligned with international time zones

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
