Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a proven track record in achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  
• Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  
• Develop and deliver effective presentations, proposals, and sales pitches.
  
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new prospects.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, operations) to ensure client satisfaction.
  
• Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, and opportunities.
  
• Participate in business events, exhibitions, and networking activities to enhance brand presence.
  
• Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance to management.
