Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Identify, target, and qualify potential clients through research, networking, cold calling, and social outreach (LinkedIn, email campaigns, etc.).
Manage the
end-to-end sales lifecycle
from lead generation, requirement gathering, solution positioning, proposal creation, to deal closure.
Work closely with pre-sales and delivery teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and solution demos.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure consistent engagement with prospects.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with a strategic and structured approach.
Maintain updated records of leads, opportunities, and pipelines in CRM.
Represent the organization in client meetings, virtual demos, events, and webinars.
Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and recommendations for business growth.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT Sales, SaaS Sales, or Technology Solution Sales.
Solid understanding of software products, cloud-based solutions, and IT services.
Ability to explain technical offerings in simple business language.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience working with CRM tools, Excel, PowerPoint, and proposal writing.
Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and build long-term client relationships.
Prior experience in B2B sales is mandatory.
