Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and experienced Sales BDE with strong exposure to hospital purchase departments , especially in selling medical consumables like bandages, cotton, and gauze . A candidate with a background in sales or nursing who understands hospital procurement procedures is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Directly sell medical consumables (bandage, cotton, gauze, etc.) to hospitals, clinics, and medical institutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with purchase departments and procurement heads of hospitals. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through field visits and networking. Participate in hospital tenders, price negotiations, and product listings. Follow up on quotations, orders, delivery, and payment collections. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer details, and follow-ups in a structured format. Report market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to management. Requirements: 3 to 8 years of experience in sales, preferably of medical consumables or dealing with hospital purchase departments. Graduation not mandatory ; candidates with relevant field experience or nursing background are welcome. Good communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of how hospital procurement works (private or government). Willingness to travel locally and build strong client relationships.
