Business Development Executive (0.6 - 1 Year Experience) Roles and Responsibilities: Collaborate with management to develop and implement a business development strategy for a designated territory. Work closely with management and clients to identify business development opportunities with both existing and prospective clients. Partner with the team to achieve short-term and long-term revenue and profit growth objectives. Prepare and write bids, proposals, brochures, and various business informational communications. Attend client conferences and meetings to network and build relationships with new and existing contacts. Assist the marketing team in the development of advertising and promotional programs, telemarketing initiatives, and trade shows. Skills Required: Experience with online bidding portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru. Strong technical knowledge related to the industry. Ability to develop and maintain good relationships with current and potential clients. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Proficient in productivity tools and software. High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision-making. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Strong convincing ability to effectively handle client interactions and coordinate with team members.
