Business Development - Education Sector

Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team and drive growth in the Kottayam and Ernakulam regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales within the EdTech sector, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Malayalam.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with school management and decision-makers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to promote School Wizard’s EdTech solutions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions and services.
• Provide regular market feedback and insights to the management team.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and sales activities using CRM tools.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B EdTech sales (school segment preferred).
• Proven track record of successful client acquisition and relationship management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to network and build trust.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Pay: ₹40,440.43 - ₹50,870.77 per month
