Job Title: Senior Executive - Business Development & Digital Marketing Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated female professional to drive business growth and digital marketing efforts. This role is 80% business development and 20% digital marketing, requiring expertise in lead generation, client acquisition, and online engagement. Key Responsibilities: Identify, target, and convert potential clients through networking, cold calling, and online research. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and repeat business. Create proposals, presentations, and reports to support business growth. Manage LinkedIn outreach, bulk emailing, and messaging campaigns. Optimize digital marketing efforts, including basic SEO and social media management. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of experience in business development (preferably in the service industry). Strong sales, lead generation, and client acquisition skills. Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, bulk emailing, and messaging. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing tools.
