Job Description

As a B2B Sales Executive at magicpin, your role will involve being the primary point of contact for our merchant partners, guiding them through our solutions and ensuring their success. Your daily tasks will be diverse and exciting, with the thrill of meeting targets, creating and selling innovative solutions, and witnessing rapid growth becoming a part of your routine. Your responsibilities will include identifying leads in the restaurant, hotel, and fashion retail sectors, converting them into clients, and providing ongoing support through phone and email communication. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by offering comprehensive solutions will be crucial. Collaborating closely with the marketing team to deliver optimal results for clients and providing valuable sales insights for product enhancements will also be part of your role. You will be in charge of the end-to-end sales process, from invoicing to collection and up-selling, as well as scheduling and conducting meetings with potential clients, negotiating deals, and addressing any concerns or objections that may arise. Your focus will be on generating revenue, maximizing sales through the promotion and enhancement of our monetization products, and expanding our partner merchant network. To excel in this role, you should hold a degree in any field and possess the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrating a high level of ownership, accountability, and a strong drive to meet and exceed targets will be essential. Your success will also depend on your exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
