Full-time Bengaluru - Indiranagar About the Job As a Business Development Associate at Teal India, you ll be the face of our company engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and showcasing how our services can add value to their business. Your efforts will directly contribute to Teal s growth, reach, and impact across markets. Responsibilities Initiate contact with potential clients via emails, calls, or in-person meetings. Demonstrate Teal s products and services clearly and confidently. Understand client requirements and align our offerings to meet their needs. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients. Collect feedback from clients and collaborate with internal teams for product improvement. Guide and train clients on how to effectively use our platform or services. Address and resolve client concerns in a timely and professional manner. Spot opportunities for upselling and contribute to revenue growth. About you We are looking for someone who: Has excellent verbal and written communication skills. Has strong understanding of client needs and a problem-solving mindset. Has the ability to build rapport and maintain trusted relationships. Is proactive and adaptable in responding to client issues or unexpected challenges.
