About the Role

Academic Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

•        Counsel students over phone, email, and in-person interactions.

•        Understand student backgrounds, career goals, and academic needs to provide personalized guidance.

•        Maintain follow-up with leads through CRM tools and convert inquiries into enrolments.

•        Ensure consistent follow-up with potential applicants & maintain accurate and updated records of counselling sessions and conversions.

•        Build a strong understanding of our programs, eligibility criteria, and admission processes.

Must-Have:

• 02 year of relevant work experience in academic counselling, EdTech, university admissions like On line - Jain University & On – line Manipal University.
• Bachelor’s degree in any stream
• Excellent communication in

  English and Hindi

  is must.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups through CRM or lead management tools.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
