Riyasat IAS Mentorship (Education Sector- Coaching) is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Professionals with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Civil Services Exam preparation or EdTech sector. The ideal candidate should hold an MBA degree from a reputed institute and possess strong communication and counselling skills.
The role involves interacting with UPSC aspirants, understanding their preparation needs, and guiding them towards the most suitable mentorship or foundation programs. Candidates will be responsible for lead conversion, follow-ups, maintaining CRM records, and achieving monthly enrollment targets.
Prior experience in selling UPSC coaching, mentorship, or online learning programs will be highly preferred. We offer a competitive fixed salary, attractive incentives, and growth opportunities in a fast-growing education brand focused on quality and outcomes.
