IB Advisory is a growing consulting and technology services firm offering solutions in IT consulting, AI development, cloud services, digital transformation, and business advisory. We help startups and enterprises build scalable, future-ready solutions.

Role Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and self-driven Freelance Business Development Professional to expand our client base in Kerala. This is a performance-driven role with attractive commission on every successful order, along with additional incentives for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business leads in Kerala.
  • Promote IB Advisory’s consulting and technology services to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with startups, SMEs, and enterprises.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for proposals.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular updates.
  • Represent IB Advisory professionally in meetings, calls, and networking events.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in IT/consulting/services).
  • Strong network in the Kerala business ecosystem is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, Hindi, and/or Kerala
  • Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as a freelancer.
  • Basic understanding of IT services, software development, or digital solutions is preferred.
