Business Development Associate (Remote | Probation + Full-Time Opportunity | First Month Performance-Based Pay)

This is a 1-month probationary role, where your earnings are tied directly to performance. Top performers will be offered a full-time role with ₹4 LPA fixed + incentives.

Key Responsibilities

-Make 120 calls/day (at least 70 unique dials)

-Maintain minimum 2 hours of daily talk time

-Conduct 2–3 Google Meet sessions with potential clients each day

-Log all activities and follow-ups in CRM tools

-Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategy and drive conversions

Probation Performance Structure

-Monthly Target: 4 units

-Potential Earnings: ₹31200-₹39,360

-Additional bonus incentives will be shared during onboarding.
