As a Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in strategizing and executing marketing plans to promote our IT products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and enhance customer engagement. Your key duties will involve planning and executing marketing campaigns across various digital and offline channels, creating and managing content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms, and utilizing email and digital marketing techniques to drive lead generation and nurture prospects. You will also be responsible for conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies, optimizing website SEO, managing social media channels, and supporting brand promotion through press releases, PR activities, and industry collaborations. Additionally, you will assist in organizing and promoting IT-related events, webinars, and trade shows, and work closely with sales, product, and customer teams to ensure alignment in marketing efforts. Monitoring campaign performance and providing insights for strategy improvement will also be part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 1 year of marketing experience, preferably in the IT sector. You are expected to have a strong grasp of digital marketing tools such as SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools, and a creative mindset focused on delivering results through innovative marketing strategies. The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM software, and a quick adaptability to changing market trends, technologies, and customer preferences are also essential skills required for this role. This is a full-time, permanent position with the benefit of remote work. Proficiency in Hindi and English is preferred, and the work location is in person.
