Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and empathetic Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will act as a mentor and advisor, providing career guidance to prospective learners and helping them make informed decisions about their career paths. You will be responsible for the entire sales process, from counseling and product demos to closing sales and maintaining strong relationships.

  • Empathy & Passion:

    You are passionate about helping students and possess a strong sense of empathy.

    You have prior experience in direct customer interaction and are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Thrives in a Startup:

    You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Sales-Oriented:

    You have a minimum of 6 months of sales experience, preferably in the EdTech sector, and a strong sales-oriented mindset to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Career Guidance:

    Act as a mentor and advisor, providing personalized career guidance to prospective learners.
  • Sales & Counseling:

    Counsel prospects on the benefits of our CCBP 4.0 Programs and demonstrate how they can accelerate their career growth.
  • Sales Cycle Management:

    Manage the entire sales process for assigned leads, including conducting calls or video meetings, providing product demos, closing sales, and ensuring post-sale relationship management.
  • Performance Tracking:

    Maintain detailed records of all lead interactions and provide regular feedback to the team on lead quality.
  • Target Achievement:

    Consistently meet weekly revenue and enrollment targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education:

    Any graduate.
  • Communication:

    Native proficiency in Marathi is essential, with strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Proficiency in English is an added advantage.
  • Personal Qualities:

    You are highly committed, hardworking, determined, trustworthy, and systematic in managing your sales funnel and tasks.
