Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients via LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, social media, and direct outreach.
• Pitch our IT services in a professional manner.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule discovery calls.
• Maintain communication with prospects until handover.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (English is a plus).
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, freelance platforms, or client outreach.
• Self-driven and target-oriented.
• Prior experience in sales/lead generation is a bonus (not mandatory).

Compensation:

• Commission-Based

  : You will receive a percentage (%) of the project value for every client you bring.
• High-performing associates may move to a fixed + commission model in the future.
