About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Connect with leads and potential clients via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to understand their needs and introduce our offerings. 2. Communicate the company's services clearly and confidently to build trust and interest. 3. Assist in evaluating client requirements and work with senior team members to propose solutions. 4. Maintaining CRM records, following up with leads, and preparing client documents. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience from lead to onboarding.
