About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Make 200-250 cold calls daily to prospective clients (parents and students), understand their educational needs, and recommend suitable courses 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact through enrollment 3. Conduct educational sessions (conductions) within Hyderabad, address client needs, and close deals 4. Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage follow-ups, and maintain accurate records of client interactions 5. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly 6. Provide regular updates to the management team on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback Requirements: 1. Hold a Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field 2. Possess 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales within the Ed-Tech industry, specifically in K9 and K12 education 3. Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication abilities in English and Telugu 4. Show a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth 5.
