Business Development Associate / Growth Associate Digital Health

As a Growth & Partnerships Associate for the India Launch Team at Cura.cx, your role will involve shaping the future of virtual care in India. You will have the opportunity to learn by doing, make meaningful contributions from day one, and potentially grow into a leadership position in the future. Key Responsibilities: - Support market research, competitor analysis, and ecosystem mapping. - Assist in outreach to partners, hospitals, and digital health startups. - Coordinate pilot programs, demos, and on-ground marketing initiatives. - Build and manage CRM tools and sales enablement content. - Represent Cura.cx at events and community engagements. Qualifications: - Deep passion for healthcare innovation and startup culture. - Desire to be part of an early-stage and impactful initiative. - Willingness to take initiative, learn quickly, and adapt to wearing multiple hats. - Exposure to public health, digital health, or SaaS sales is preferred (internship experience is also valuable).
