Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for driving Marketing and Business Development activities in the assigned territory. Your main focus will be on generating new leads to increase student enrollments, coordinating activities to increase walk-ins, and conducting outreach activities in educational institutions. You will also be required to do phone and email follow-ups with leads generated from social media promotions and other marketing events. Working with a team, you will create and develop marketing initiatives for the branch and promote Global Reach and Plan Study Abroad Brand through continuous engagement with students. Additionally, you will act as a liaison between the company and various colleges & universities across Karnataka to drive walk-ins to the office. It is essential for you to possess a two-wheeler for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Generate new leads to increase student enrollments - Coordinate activities to increase walk-ins - Conduct outreach activities in educational institutions - Follow up with leads generated from social media promotions and other marketing events - Create and develop marketing initiatives for the branch - Liaise between the company and colleges & universities across Karnataka - Generate a database of current year students and previous year students - Develop and maintain relations with HODs, Principals, Directors, etc. - Host workshops and seminars both in-house and on-site Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred - 2 years of experience in business development required Note: This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and provident fund.
