Business Development Associate (Forex/Comex)

Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive working from the office in Indore, your main responsibilities will include client acquisition and grievance handling. You will be required to explain trading strategies, company terms, and market risks to clients. Generating prospects daily through telephonic, visual, and text conversations is a key part of your role. Additionally, conducting risk profile management and trading strategies sessions with clients will be essential. Collaboration with the digital marketing and research team to provide the best service to clients is also a part of your responsibilities. Keeping updated on the global market and current affairs to serve investors and traders will be crucial. Achieving monthly tasks through client acquisition in generating leads is a key performance indicator for this role.
