Business Development Associate - Fintech

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Business Development Associate to join our team. This is a remote / tele-based role where you will engage with prospects via WhatsApp and phone calls—no fieldwork involved. Your key responsibilities will include understanding client needs, explaining mutual fund products and platform offerings, and converting qualified leads into active customers. You’ll also ensure proper documentation in the CRM and consistently meet sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients through WhatsApp and phone calls (no face-to-face meetings).
• Present and explain mutual fund products and platform features in a simple and convincing manner.
• Qualify leads and move them through the sales pipeline efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales and conversion targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Full-time availability.
• Strong interest in financial products, especially mutual funds.
• A target-driven mindset with good follow-up discipline.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
