About the Company: We are an early-stage, fast-growing B2B startup focused on offering a unique olympiad for children's well-being and holistic growth to school students. Role Overview: As a Sales and Business Development Executive, you will focus on developing school relationships and executing sales targets in onboarding schools to FitQuest platform. Key Responsibilities: Lead Conversion & Sales: Engage with potential customers (parents) through phone calls, and one on one in person meetings at school, office or common locations. Effectively communicate the benefits of our olympiad, addressing concerns and guiding school founders and principals toward adoption of FitQuest program decisions. Maintain a high conversion rate by tailoring sales pitches to meet customer needs. Sales Process Management: Handle the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to final enrollment. Follow up on leads promptly and nurture relationships for long-term engagement. Provide detailed consultation and ensure a seamless onboarding process. Customer Relationship Management: Address customer queries and concerns with professionalism and empathy. Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering accurate information and solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships to drive referrals and repeat business. Collaboration & Strategy Execution: Work closely with marketing and content teams to improve lead generation strategies. Provide insights based on customer interactions to enhance sales and marketing initiatives. Participate in training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge. Performance & Reporting: Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Prepare and submit regular sales reports with key performance insights.
