Job Description

As a Tele-Sales Executive at our data-enabled and technology-driven education products & services company, your main responsibilities will include contacting potential customers (parents and students) to schedule meetings and providing guidance to students on effective learning methods. You will also be tasked with generating revenue, educating students about JEE and NEET exams, and persuading them to subscribe to our services. To excel in this role, you will need to commit to a minimum of 3 hours of talk time each day. While prior experience is not mandatory, 0-1 years of relevant experience will be beneficial. You will be expected to work for 6 days a week, with one day off between Monday to Friday, and fixed working hours on Saturday and Sunday. This position is target-driven, with incentives offered for outstanding performance. It offers a hybrid sales model that provides you with valuable insights into inside sales. This is an individual contributor role within a high-performance environment that prioritizes promoting innovative learning methods in your city.
