Business Development Associate

Job Description: As a Telecalling Sales Executive at our organization, your primary role will be to reach out to prospective parents and provide them with detailed information about our school's programs and facilities. Your communication skills and customer-focused approach will be crucial in converting inquiries into confirmed admissions. Your responsibilities will include: - Making outbound calls to prospective parents to promote the school's programs and admission opportunities. - Responding to incoming inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, etc. - Clearly explaining admission procedures, fee structures, facilities, and academic programs. - Maintaining and updating records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the database/CRM. - Scheduling appointments for campus visits and coordinating with the admissions team. - Achieving monthly/quarterly admission targets. - Providing feedback to the management on parents" queries, concerns, and competitor activities. Qualifications Required: - Minimum qualification of a Graduate in any discipline is preferred. - Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service, preferably in the education sector. - Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and any regional language if required. - Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities. - Good computer knowledge, including MS Office and CRM tools. - Ability to work effectively under targets and deadlines. Please note that the job type for this position is Full-time and Permanent. The preferred languages for this role are Hindi and English. The work location is in person.
