Job Description

Position Summary

Creation of sector-wise IP portfolios to streamline commercialization efforts.
Identifying and marketing IPs to relevant industry sectors and CSR funding bodies.
Investor promotion and follow-up, ensuring sustained engagement and interest.
Mapping and identifying market opportunities for lab-to-market research translation.
Organizing collaborative events to foster technology tie-ups and business development.
Developing and executing outreach strategies to attract and onboard qualified innovators and startups.
Leading and coordinating investor meetings and stakeholder interactions for fundraising.
Supporting grantees and stakeholders in branding, marketing, and product deployment, including liaison with CROs and CRMs.
Educational Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters in Business Administration, Technology Management, Engineering, Life

Sciences, or Intellectual Property Law

Preferred Advanced Degrees

MBA with specialization in Strategy, Marketing, or Innovation
MTech or M.Sc. with exposure to commercialization or tech transfer
PG Diploma in IPR, Innovation Management, or Entrepreneurship

Preferred Experience:

Min. 3-5 years in innovation ecosystems, incubators, R&D commercialization, or CSR-linked business

development, Exposure to working with start-ups, corporates, and government agencies, Experience in

organizing investor roadshows and managing IP pipelines
