Role Description

• Engage with potential buyers and existing clients like interior designers, architects, project managers etc to promote our products. Visit www.palasa.co.in to understand our products and services.
• Qualify and follow up on all leads
• Answer clients' questions efficiently and close deals over the phone and in person.
• Follow up with clients to ensure that they are served well.
• Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
• Suggesting upgrades or adding products and services that may be of interest to prior clients and new clients.
• Be the brand's representative across target customer segments.
• Own the sales targets and achieve them in given timelines.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to learn and apply sales techniques and customer service best practices
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, sales or marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
