Business Development Analyst, Staff - Wireless Technologies

Role Overview: You will be joining Qualcomm as a Business Development Analyst for their Carrier Business in India, focusing on Connectivity & Networking, AI, and Industrial & Embedded IOT segments. Your role will involve playing a crucial part in strategic partnerships, solution sales, market analysis, and supporting go-to-market plans and India customer engagements. It is essential to have expertise in modem technology, 5G, 4G, mmWave, Wi-Fi, Cellular IOT, and other networking technologies, along with strong customer understanding, interpersonal skills, and communication abilities. Key Responsibilities: - Support business development and Planning and Execution for carrier adoption of Qualcomms technology & value proposition. - Understand customers and partners businesses, strategies, and objectives to facilitate business deals aligning with Qualcomms requirements. - Conduct Market Analysis by researching market trends, customer needs, and competition. - Assist in developing comprehensive business development & product strategy for broadband solutions, including market entry and pricing strategy. - Support GTM strategies, solution sales, and prepare techno-commercial proposals for RFP/RFQ/RFI responses. - Collaborate with technology product management and engineering leads to drive requirements into the technology roadmaps. - Manage sales pipeline and forecasts effectively. - Stay updated on Broadband and networking technologies, industry standards, and best practices to provide expert advice and insights. - Validate business cases for new product initiatives in line with Qualcomms strategic direction. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. - 3-5 years of relevant industry experience in telecommunications/networking/infrastructure/Silicon. - Strong understanding of modem technology, 5G, 4G, mmWave, Wi-Fi, Cellular IOT, and other networking technologies. - Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
