Business Development Advisor

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote products/services
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions to convert leads into sales
• Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant products or services to existing clients
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system
• Follow up with leads and prospects to increase conversion rates
• Stay informed about current product offerings, promotions, and market trends
• Manage customer objections and confidently close deals
• Ensure compliance with company sales processes, policies, and ethical standards

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum: High School Diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Prior experience in sales or telemarketing, preferably within a call center environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Proficient in CRM tools and basic computer operations
• Able to handle target-driven environments and manage pressure effectively
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if required
