Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to generate new B2C and B2B clients Handle tie-ups with corporates, senior citizen groups, & clubs Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Build long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business Create and present travel solutions based on customer needs Cross-functional Collaboration: Social Media Team: Coordinate on campaign ideas, lead generation strategies & promotions Travel Partner Sales Team: Work closely to finalize group bookings, customize packages, and manage partnerships Operations Team: Ensure smooth communication from booking to tour execution for customer satisfaction Skills & Qualities: Excellent communication & negotiation skills Confident personality with a strong sales mindset Good knowledge of travel products and destinations Strong coordination, follow-up, and CRM handling Ability to multitask and work under pressure Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Naupada, Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Master's (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Hindi (Preferred) Marathi (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 50% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
