Job Description

Job Title: Data Operations Analyst

Location: Bangalore (2 days hybrid)

Employment Type: 3 months CTH - Contract to Hire

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, optimize, and maintain Alteryx workflows to automate and streamline data processes.
Perform data manipulation and transformation from multiple sources (e.g., databases, APIs, and spreadsheets).
Monitor and improve data quality, ensuring integrity, completeness, and accuracy across systems.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to define data requirements and ensure alignment with reporting goals.
Conduct root-cause analysis on data issues and implement corrective measures.
Prepare clean datasets and dashboards for analytics, business intelligence, and reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience leveraging Alteryx for data preparation, automation, and quality validation for at least 2 years.
At least 3 years of strong expertise in data manipulation, including cleansing, transformation, and validation.
Proficiency in handling structured and unstructured data.
Working ilar query languages.
Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and data accuracy.
Bachelors degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Understanding of data governance and quality management principles.
Experience collaborating in cross-functional data or analytics teams.
