Role Overview
We are looking for a
strategic and execution-driven Business Consultant
who can help shape BizVidya's growth strategy, partnership models, and business roadmap. You'll work closely with the Founder and the core team to define monetization opportunities, market positioning, and scalable business models for educational and MSME collaboration.This is an
equity-only role
ideal for professionals who are entrepreneurial, deeply passionate about education and business transformation, and want to build a scalable model from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Strategy Development:
- Design and refine BizVidya's business model for both B2B (colleges, universities) and B2B2C (MSMEs + students) segments.
- Identify new partnership and monetization opportunities across the education ecosystem.
- Market and Partnership Development:
- Build strategic relationships with educational institutions, MSMEs, and corporate partners.
- Identify potential implementation partners and consultants to expand reach.
- Monetization & Financial Structuring:
- Work with the finance and data teams to develop revenue streams, pricing strategies, and scalability models.
- Help design value-based service models for institutions and MSMEs.
- Product-Market Alignment:
- Collaborate with product and data teams to ensure the platform and offerings solve real-world challenges.
- Evaluate product-market fit based on pilot projects and user feedback.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work with the Founder to present to investors, advisors, and potential clients.
- Represent BizVidya in meetings, webinars, and outreach programs to expand visibility.
Ideal Candidate
- Background in business consulting, strategy, EdTech, or MSME development.
- Strong understanding of education systems, institutional partnerships, and entrepreneurship ecosystems.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Can work independently, handle ambiguity, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Passionate about impact-driven education models and business innovation.
