Job Role:

We are looking for a Business Communication Executive who can support our sales and service operations through effective communication, lead follow-ups, and client engagement. The ideal candidate will be the voice of our brand to prospective customers and dealers and play a crucial role in ensuring smooth customer interaction and backend coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and respond to incoming inquiries
• Introduce and explain the company’s services
• Generate and qualify leads, and update CRM with call outcomes
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the field sales team
• Follow up on quotes, proposals, and feedback from clients
• Assist in handling customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
• Maintain call records, feedback reports, and daily activity logs
• Provide post-call support and ensure customer satisfaction

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: Any Degree
• Experience: 0–2 years in tele-calling or customer care (preferred but not mandatory)
• Languages: Proficient in Malayalam; basic English

Skills:

• Clear and polite communication
• Good listening and interpersonal skills
• Confidence to handle both new and follow-up calls
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email, CRM tools)
