Key Responsibilities:

Identify & develop Business Associates (BAs) and support them in recruiting & training Advisors
Drive advisor productivity, career growth, and retention
Ensure high-quality business through focused sales, renewals, and compliance
Lead and guide a team of Business Associate Managers (BAMs) to achieve sales targets
Implement local/national sales initiatives and manage branch budgets
Build strong relationships with top advisors and leaders

Skills Required:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Leadership and team supervision
Relationship building and influencing
Decision-making and strategic thinking
Working knowledge of MS Office/Excel
Should be between the age of 30 - 45 years.
Must be from Life Insurance background.
