As a Business Associate at Ulatus in the Client Servicing department, located in Goregaon West, Mumbai, you will have the opportunity to be part of a dedicated team working with international clients in the academic publishing industry. The shift timings are 24*7 with 9 hours shifts and 5 days working, subject to rotation as per business requirements. Effective communication with international clients and internal teams, including project managers, editors, translators, and transcribers, will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will handle client inquiries through various channels to provide suitable solutions and drive business growth.
