Summary:As a Business Architect, you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, while also supporting transformation initiatives through the development of business cases and guiding their implementation. Roles & Responsibilities:
Support the onboarding of new applications and datasets to TransArch, an Azure-based archive platform designed for long-term storage and retrieval of historical data.Collaborate closely with application teams, business stakeholders, and DevOps engineers to gather requirements, plan onboarding activities, and ensure successful delivery across SIT, UAT, and PROD environments.Lead onboarding coordination by managing timelines, tracking dependencies, and ensuring blockers are resolved swiftly.Translate business and technical requirements into clear onboarding inputs, ensuring alignment between teams and enabling accurate infrastructure deployment and configuration.Support the onboarding deployment lifecycle by working with GitLab pipelines and configuration files (YAML/Ansible), with a willingness to learn and grow technical capabilities over time.Monitor onboarding progress, including data ingestion and job execution in Databricks, with support from the DevOps team where needed.Take ownership of onboarding documentation, including guides, process descriptions, access instructions, and SharePoint pages, making them user-friendly and scalable for broader adoption.Contribute to improving onboarding processes, templates, and communication practices to ensure efficient and consistent delivery.Participate in regular Scrum ceremonies and contribute to planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Skills:-Solid planning, coordination, and communication skills with a track record of managing complex deliverables across multiple stakeholders.Excellent documentation skills; experience creating structured knowledge repositories (e.g., SharePoint) and guiding users through complex processes.Familiarity with cloud concepts, ideally Azure; willingness and ability to grow into a more technical role over time.Experience working in agile environments using Scrum methodology.A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership, learn quickly, and contribute across both business and technical dimensions.Plus Skills/nice to haveoBasic understanding of CI/CD workflows and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., GitLab, YAML, Ansible) is a plus.oFamiliarity with Databricks and data platforms is a plus.
Additional Information:The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.This position is based at our Pune office.A 15 years full time education is required.
