About The Role

Project Role Business Architect

Project Role Description Identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives.

SummaryAs a Business Architect, you will engage in defining opportunities to create tangible business value for clients. A typical day involves leading assessments of the current state, identifying customer requirements, and developing business solutions and structures. You will also work on crafting business cases to achieve the envisioned outcomes, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives. Your role will require collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the proposed solutions are viable and effective in meeting the needs of the business. Responsibilities:

Proactively communicate and collaborate with external clients and internal partners, conduct requirements workshops for gathering functional requirements

Develop requirements specifications with business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios and business analysis according to standard templates

Critically evaluate the requirements gathered from the customers and decompose the high-level requirements into detailed design documents

Engage throughout the life of the project and ensuring the requirements are translated to implementable solutions

Participating in test activities

Drive to work individually and as a teamRequired
Skills:

Ability to demonstrate understanding of Asset Servicing event processing, Structured finance topics such as ABS, Leasing and Collateral Management

Should have atleast 5 years of experience as Capital markets Business Analyst is mandatory.

Should have a good business understanding to interact with customers to draft requirements specifications and design documents

Should liaise with developers to translate specifications into workable business functions

Should have experience in drafting test scenarios and review test cases

Should possess Strong communication skills, articulate key risk and challenge of daily processing to management

Exhibit strong analytical and problem solving skills

Be a self-starter, with ability to work on own initiatives and to learn quickly
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Asset Servicing.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
