Summary:As a Senior Manager, you will lead technical architecture and solution design on Salesforce engagements, guiding multiple teams through technical strategy, delivery, and innovation. You will ensure GenAI solutions are integrated in line with platform capabilities and client business goals. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep technical knowledge and experience.Architect scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Experience, and Industry CloudsDefine and enforce architecture standards and best practices across teamsBuild intelligent use cases using Einstein Copilot, CopadoAI, or Agentforce agentsOwn estimation, technical risk identification, and mitigation plans.Lead client workshops and provide architectural governanceShould have influencing and advisory skillsEngage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.Mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge in technology deliveryProfessional & Technical
