About The Role
Project Role :Business Architect
Project Role Description :Identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives.

Summary:As a Business Architect, you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, while also supporting transformation initiatives through the development of business cases and guiding their implementation.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align stakeholders.

Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement.

Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES.

Experience with process optimization methodologies.

Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
