Summary:As a Business Architect, you will define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments and identifying high level customer requirements. You will be responsible for defining the business solutions and structures needed to realize these opportunities and developing a business case to achieve the vision. Your typical day will involve analyzing current business processes, conducting stakeholder interviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather high level customer requirements.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative business solutions.- Develop business case to achieve the vision.- Provide guidance and support to junior professionals in the team. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle HCM Recruiting Cloud.- Strong understanding of business architecture principles and methodologies.- Experience in conducting current state assessments and defining high level customer requirements.- Ability to develop business solutions and structures to realize opportunities.- Knowledge of business case development and evaluation.- Good To Have Skills:Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, and Compensation Management. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Oracle HCM Recruiting Cloud.- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualifications
