Summary: As a Business Architect, you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, while also supporting transformation initiatives through the development of business cases and guiding their implementation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align on project goals. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Consumer Goods and Services. - Experience with business process modeling and analysis. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies. - Ability to develop and present business cases effectively. - Familiarity with change management principles. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Consumer Goods and Services. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
