Job Description

We are looking for a Delivery Business Application Analyst to drive the implementation, tracking of deployment and ensuring success of our platform(s). You will work cross-functionally with IT, training, deliver, sales and delivery application/platform teams to ensure successful deployment and subsequent adherence to best practices. The ideal candidate is data-driven, relation-focused, and skilled at balancing technical understanding and business impact.

Role & responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Delivery seniors and various stakeholders for a successful roll out of technology tools / platform across organization. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure appropriate documentation and communication plans are in place. Ensure continuous communication with all internal teams involved
  • Project Planning and Management: Help with project planning, project management, internal coordination and smooth roll-out of tools to client teams as per the defined timelines in the project plan. Implement and manage changes when necessary to meet project timelines
  • Vendor Coordination: Constant communication with external vendors to ensure seamless implementation and iron out issues or priority, if any
  • Metrics & Performance: Track and analyze product performance, leveraging KPIs to drive data-informed decisions. Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
  • User Experience (UX): Ensure seamless user experience by collaborating with designers and conducting usability testing.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 4-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in [industry-specific] products.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • An experienced individual with strong understanding of our business workflows and problem-solving skills
  • Passion to help drive standardization and operational efficiencies
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver timely resolutions.
  • Should be well versed with MS Office suite specially Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
