Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to contribute to the implementation of an Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solution for a banking client. In this role, you will play a crucial part in gathering requirements, analyzing data, and documenting key use cases to facilitate a successful deployment. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the collection of business requirements and documentation of use cases. You will also be involved in supporting data gathering on document volumes, formats, complexity, and process exceptions. Collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to validate current-state processes will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, preparing reports and analysis to justify and prioritize automation opportunities, documenting language-specific and country-level variations in document processing, and working under the guidance of the Senior Business Analyst to ensure high-quality deliverables are part of your responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you should have 2 to 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with exposure to automation or document processing projects. An understanding of business process documentation and data analysis techniques is essential. Exposure to or familiarity with Intelligent Document Processing concepts is highly preferred. Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills are crucial for this position. While experience with Pega is advantageous, it is not mandatory. A willingness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced, transformation-driven initiative is also expected.,
